By Andrew Brown
Organisational Culture provides a coherent overview of the principal ideas and frameworks for organisational culture, how and why cultures change, and the linkages between culture, strategy and performance. It goes on to look at how organizational culture can affect business performance, illustrating all concepts and theory with topical case examples. This text begins by giving an introduction to the basic tenets of organizational culture before going on to build on these in a study of the development of cultures, sub-cultures and national cultures. The final chapter draws together the concepts discussed and speculates on future development.
